X Bajiee — Terms & Conditions

X Bajiee (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between X Bajiee and its users.

• Validity: 30 days.

Weekly Cashback (15%):

• 15% cashback on net losses for the week.
• Wagering requirement: 1x (withdrawable after a single wager).
• Credited automatically every Monday.

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets on X Bajiee:

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are published before a match begins, X Bajiee reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a technical issue affects a bet during live betting, the bet in question may be voided.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets are generally voided and stakes refunded.
• Maximum bet amounts may vary depending on the specific match or game.
• Multiple bets on the same match are allowed; however, placing bets on the same outcome across different accounts will be considered match manipulation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on X Bajiee:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using a VPN or proxy to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Using another person's account or selling your account.
• Hacking an account or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Match fixing, syndicate betting, or the use of arbitrage strategies.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial transactions.
• Using abusive or threatening language toward X Bajiee staff.
• Submitting false information or forged documents.

X Bajiee may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions.
• In cases of suspicious or unusual transactions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
